	Click on the small picture and see the full size drawing of the pair of doors. Each door is 36" wide x 95-1/2" tall x 2" thick
	If you click on this picture you will see a drawing of the beveled glass ( a full 3/4" thick) Please note: It is being Hand Beveled to a "peak"
	Here are the mullions after they have been bored and machined Each mullion is only 3-1/4 long
	Each individual mullion was fitted to its' place in each door   Each Door is 36" wide x 96" tall and 2" thick
	The pieces are next assembled without glue just to make sure everything fits perfectly Click on this thumbnail to see to entire door(s)

	HERE WE GO .......... the glue is applied to each piece Then each piece is allowed to absorb the glue and then we coat each piece 2 more times before clamping.
	Next .... some friends helped me pre-glue all the long vertical mullions that make up the center of each door
	Now the fun begins ..... each short and long mullion are numbered and assembled in the exact order by which they were "dry fitted" Very Carefully! Each door took 3 people about 6hrs to assemble, clamp, and clean.
	After the center is assembled it is stood up and the top and bottom are attached ...... notice the height!! It is the attached to one side and then the second side
	After the door has been clamped and "triple checked" for a perfect fit ....... Every mullion, style, and rail is then washed and cleaned ... not once .... not twice ... but 3 times
	It is then dried and placed to rest on the floor where it will remain clamped for at least 6 days ......... then we did it all again for the 2nd door!~!

	After the glue had cured for 6 days they were unclamped and the bottoms were notched for a automatic "sill sweep"
	Then we begin long and arduous task of hand sanding each molded edge
	Here are some pictures of the Custom Beveled Glass created by INIGUEZ ART GLASS of Santa Cruz
	Each piece of glass is 3/4" thick, 3" wide, and vary in length from 6" long to 54" long. The Diamante glass is first cut to width and length. (please enlarge thumbnail)
	Then each piece is ground to a "Peaked Bevel" ...... like jewels, There are no flat surfaces of the face of each piece of glass. It is actually 1,862 perimeter inches that were beveled.

	After grinding .............. each piece is smoothed and then polished on large felt wheels ......... they will be scratch and blemish free. Remember ......... they are 3/4 of one inch thick !
	There are 34 pieces of Clear beveled glass 3/4 of a inch ...... thick & 28 pieces of Bronze colored beveled glass pieces
